Sure, we have all read that we can look like a Victoria's Secret model if we do XYZ exercises, but without a personal trainer, it can be tough trying to get toned. Angel Alessandra Ambrosio, however, is changing that with an exclusive video in which she demonstrates the exercises that keep her runway ready!

All of the leg movements can easily be done at home without any equipment! The too-good-to-be-true moves that are actually attainable get more instruction from a trainer who directs Ambrosio's video workout. No secrets here!

The series includes various types of leg lifts, toe taps and lunges, all of which work the entire leg, resulting in toned and lengthened stems. The best part is the entire workout takes only 15-20 minutes, which is short enough that you can find anytime to squeeze it into a busy schedule.

"The whole part of the leg series is to really accentuate the leg," the trainer says.

During one series of leg lifts, Alessandra explains that burning sensation is what you're look to feel.

"When it's burning it's good," she says, which makes us think of the expression, "It burns so good!"

Although the workout involves no equipment, as your body gets stronger, it's recommended that you add small ankle weights to toughen it up. Training like an angel never seemed so simple!
