Lupita Nyong'o Writes a Sweet Poem to Her Fans for the Holidays—Take a Look!

Lupita Nyong'o has a special gift for her fans—the gift of words (all together now...awwww!).

The Oscar-winning actress took to Instagram to post a cute photo wishing her followers "Happy Holidays!"—but what accompanied the picture was the real treat. Lupita captioned the IG snapshot with a heartwarming and sweet poem that she wrote herself and dedicated to her fans.

"This year was one of a kind, and a kind one to me. There was lots to be done, and a whole lot to see," begins the actress' poem, which rhymes and quotes Dr. Seuss and otherwise reminds us of just how special the breakout star of 2014 truly is!

You tweet and you post, And you instagram too. You chat, comment, draw, You just do what you do. And though I don't answer 'Cause time is a-tickin', Know that you matter By the posts that I'm pickin'. I keep posting 'Cause I know that you care, And I care to post When I know that you're there.
