Jimmy Fallon's newborn daughter Frances Cole Fallon (aka "Franny") is just too cute!

On Monday's Tonight Show, the late-night host took out his phone to show us all the first pictures of his newborn baby girl!

Little Franny, who was born via surrogate on Dec. 3, is the second daughter for Jimmy and wife Nancy Juvonen. Their first daughter, Winnie Rose, is 17 months old, which means yes, the Fallon household has two babies under 2!

Jimmy, 40, was the first to admit he was "totally exhausted." He joked in his monologue now that "the show will now be called Early Evenings Starring Jimmy Fallon—[it will start] around 8:30, until I pass out around 8:45!"

The proud papa was positively glowing, though, as he showed off his new bundle of joy. "She's a tiny little thing," he gushed.

He made sure to thank the nurses and hospital staff who helped deliver Miss Franny, as well as the couple's surrogate. "I can't say anything more because I don't know what the rules are," he said. "But I just want to say that there are angels in Dallas, Texas, so thank you so much."

Aw! The baby talk didn't stop there, though. Tonight Show guest Chris Rock briefed Jimmy on the benefits of having two little girls verses just one. "Two kids are easier than one," he said, "because they want to play together. So when you have one, you have to be the show. When you've got two, you're just an usher!"
