The stars were out in full force last night for the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (better known as LACMA) opening celebration of the Broad Contemporary Art Museum. Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes arrived hand in hand—wife in strappy gold stilettos towering over her hub-unit—right before the fancy Wolfgang Puck-catered dinner was about begin.

Although the lovey-dovey duo stayed mum on their Valentine's Day plans, they did say Suri was doing great. "Every day she does something new," Katie dished. "She's growing so quickly!"

TomKat stopped to catch up with Tom's Rain Man costar Dustin Hoffman. The group laughed and chatted, then a brave event organizer approached: "The event is about to begin, so you need to go inside now," she told them. Seems even celebs have to follow the rules at art museums!

Also hanging outside was Owen Wilson, holding a tumbler with a clear drink and a lime. The actor walked right in front of TomKat and Dustin while they were all talking, but they didn't seem to notice Owen.

New parents Nicole Richie and Joel Madden left baby Harlow Winter home to hit the museum opening, but she was clearly on Nic's mind.

A slimmed-down Richie  was glowing in a pretty pale dress and wearing an 'H' necklace, presumably standing for her new daughter. Joel, on the other hand, looked rather ridiculous in sunglasses at night.

Nic was talking animatedly to Teen Vogue editor Lisa Love for a long time. Wonder if they were discussing Nicole's friend and former Teen Vogue intern Lauren Conrad? Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman must have also gotten a sitter for the night, as they, too, made a cameo.
