Pam Wants Marriage Off the Record

Actress files to annul marriage to Rick Salomon; she filed for divorce in December before reconsidering

Pamela Anderson doesn't want to be married to Rick Salomon anymore. Then again, she doesn't want to divorce him, either.

Instead, the former Baywatch beauty filed for an annulment Friday, citing fraud as the reason (a commonality when it comes to filling out the paperwork). No further details were given, per court documents obtained by E! News. (View the petition.)

Anderson, who in January adamantly denied rumors that she was expecting a child with her estranged hubby of three months, originally filed for divorce Dec. 14. She blamed irreconcilable differences for the failure of her third marital union.

But then, just days later, she posted a message to her blog saying that she and Salomon were trying to work things out.

The couple tied the knot in Las Vegas in a slapdash ceremony at the Mirage in between Anderson's performances with illusionist Hans Klock at Planet Hollywood Hotel, about a week after they obtained a marriage license and not much longer after the twice-divorced bombshell told Ellen DeGeneres she had fallen in love.

"I paid off a poker debt with sexual favors, and I fell in love," Anderson cooed. ”It's so romantic. It's romance."

Anderson and Salomon have each been married twice before, the actress to Tommy Lee and Kid Rock, and Paris Hilton's sextape costar to voice actress Elizabeth Daily and Shannen Doherty, the latter of which was annulled in 2003.
