James Gandolfini is taking another whack at marriage.

The erstwhile Sopranos don is betrothed to former model Deborah Lin, his rep confirmed Thursday.

Gandolfini and Lin "recently got engaged during the holidays," according to a statement from HBO and manager Mark Armstrong.

The 46-year-old "popped the question while in the Bahamas," per perezhilton.com, which first reported the engagement.

No word on when the couple will do the ring thing.

Gandolfini was previously married to Marcy Wudarski; their union flamed out spectacularly in 2002 after four years of marriage. He later struck up a relationship with Lora Somoza, a production assistant on his 2001 film The Mexican. They became engaged in 2004 but called things off a year later before making it to the altar.

Gandolfini, who is in contention for another Golden Globe this weekend for his final go-round as Tony Soprano, has several projects in the works.

He has finished work on the CGI adaptation of Where the Wild Things Are and is producing and starring in Hemingway, a biopic of the iconic writer, and ABCD Camp, about corporate sports scout Sonny Vaccaro.
