This Little League Coach's Motivational Speech Is the Best Pep Talk You'll See All Day—Watch Now!

We're feeling all the feelings after watching this heartwarming pep talk by David Belisle.

The Cumberland American coach comforted his team after losing to Illinois in the Little League World Series on Monday and reminded us all about a little (often times forgotten) thing called sportsmanship.

Cumberland American, who represents the Northeast in the Little League division, lost 8-7 against Chicago's Jackie Robinson West, which left many of Belisle's players in tears on the field.

After seeing the defeat in their eyes, he seemed to know exactly what to say to brighten their spirits.

Belisle's feel-good speech began by telling his kids, "There's no disappointment in your effort—the whole tournament, the whole season. It's been an incredible journey. We fought…We didn't quit. That's us!"

He continued, "I'm going to bring back with me, the coaching staff is going to bring back, you guys are going to bring back [one thing] that no one other team can provide—that's pride."

The coach also explained how to look optimistically at any situation, even if it means winning isn't in the equation.

"The lessons you guys have learned along the journey, you're never going to forget," he told a huddled-up, grief-stricken team.

"It's OK to cry, because we're not going to play baseball together anymore. But we're going to be friends forever."

Trust us when we say that you need to watch the entire speech in full to get the full, tear-jerking, we-can-accomplish-anything feeling that Belisle was aiming for.
