Cressida Bonas made her onstage acting debut this weekend at the Hay-on-Wye Festival when she appeared in a production of There's a Monster in The Lake.

Bonas may have had a minor role in the Tallulah Brown-directed play, but based on reviews it seems like she very well may have stolen the show.

Ironically, the director of the production, Lily Ashley, had no idea that the blond beauty was none other than Prince Harry's ex when she cast her in the role of wolf.

The one-off showing presented at the How The Light Gets In Festival, which is actually an alternative part of the Hay Festival.

The organizers of the festival apparently had one only day's notice before learning that Bonas was slated to take the stage.

But that sort of secrecy surrounding the production will certainly be harder to mask when There's a Monster in the Lake begins regularly scheduled shows at the Rosemary Branch theatre in London later this month.

According to multiple media reports, the play was performed in a large tent on the grounds of a converted chapel in front of roughly 30 people.

But considering Bonas' increasing popularity, and her blossoming acting career, the future showings will most likely to place in front of a much larger audience.

Just last month, it was announced that Bonas was set to join Cara Delevingne and Daisy Lowe in Harvey Weinstein's latest soon-to-be hit, Tulip Fever.

Dame Judi DenchMatthew MorrisonChristoph Waltz and Zach Galifianakis have also signed on to star in the Justin Chadwick-directed drama.

Cressy's one very busy lady!
