Charlize Theron isn't the type to dine and dash!
So, when the A Million Ways to Die in the West star left Pinkberry without paying her $3.75 bill, she promised to come back ASAP with the money! Of course, the 38-year-old Oscar winner made good on her word, returning to the frozen yogurt store on L.A.'s Sunset Boulevard with a $100 bill to close her tab.
The best part? Keila, the Pinkberry employee who rang Charlize up, got to keep the $96.25 change. Before receiving this reward, though, Keila says she thought she would be the one having to pay for Charlize's frozen yogurt!
According to the Pinkberry staffer, Charlize "said she was at the park and didn't have her purse with her." She went ahead and ordered "a mini with some toppings, which is $3.75."
"She said she'd be right back and then she also said she'd be back within the hour," Keila told TMZ, "and then she just kind of took off in the car. I was hoping she might come back, I didn't know though!"
If Charlize hadn't come back with the cash, it would've been deducted from Keila's paycheck. But, Charlize "came in and paid her bill," said Keila, "and she left a nice tip!"
The Pinkberry employee expressed her gratitude, saying, "Thank you, thanks Charlize!" The supersized tip was just a bonus, though, because really, Keila said she was "just glad she paid the $3.75!"
