Prince Harry knows how to get the public's attention.

The 29-year-old royal has enlisted an all-star cast for an online-promotional video for the Invictus Games, a multi-sport event for wounded soldiers which was founded by Prince William's younger brother.

Daniel Craig, Joss Stone, Will.i.am, Stephen Fry, Rod Stewart and Joanna Lumley are among the A-listers who join Harry, as well as injured servicemen and women, in the clip, which sees those who are featured recite the poem Invictus by William Ernest Henley.

Due to take place on September 10-14 in London, the Invictus Games will feature sports such as swimming, wheelchair basketball, archery and sitting volleyball as wounded military veterans compete in the Paralympic-style competition.

Harry announced the creation of the sporting event in early March, saying that he hopes the games will "inspire recovery, support rehabilitation and demonstrate life beyond disability."

Just one week later, he appeared at the official launch, where he also sent his first tweet, via the official Invictus Games Twitter account, to rally support for the cause.

The prince also gave a speech about this fall's Invictus Games, telling the crowd, "For many of those who have suffered life changing injuries, sport plays a hugely important part in their recovery and life beyond as you have heard. This is particularly true for those men and women injured in the service of their country. By the nature of their profession these men and women are often very active and undoubtedly highly competitive. The Invictus Games this September will give these inspirational people the opportunity to showcase their talent and in doing so, prove that anything is really possible."

Tickets are currently on sale for the games, which will take place in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London. The full schedule can be found on the Invictus Games website.
