The mama-to-be touched down at LAX on Wednesday where she flashed her growing baby bump as paps snapped pics of the expectant star.
Looking casual chic in a Burberry trench coat, a basic gray tee, jeans and ballet flats, the 34-year-old former first daughter appeared relaxed and comfortable as she strolled through the terminal while carrying her luggage.
Clinton was making her way to the National Center for Women and Information Technology Summit, where the blond beauty spoke on Wednesday and gave her advice to women who are trying to break into the technology fields.
"Looking forward to discussing women in technology and #NoCelings today at #NCWITsummit," Clinton tweeted after landing.
Clinton announced her pregnancy last month during a joint event with her mother for the Clinton Foundation's "No Ceilings: The Full Participation" project, where the Stanford grad revealed that she is expecting her first child with husband Marc Mezvinsky.
"I have one more thing to say very quickly," she said near the conclusion of the event. "I just want to thank all of you for being such an inspiration to us and to me in particular. Marc and I are very excited that we have our first child arriving later this year."
She added: "And I certainly feel all the better, whether it's a girl or a boy, that she or he will grow up in a world with so many strong, young female leaders."
Her parents, Bill and Hillary Clinton, are arguably the most excited grandparents-to-be, taking to Twitter after the news broke to share their excitement on social media.
"Excited to add a new line to my Twitter bio...grandfather-to-be!" the 42nd president tweeted. He added: "@hillaryclinton and I are so happy for Chelsea and Marc!"
The former secretary of state wrote: "My most exciting title yet: Grandmother-To-Be! @billclinton and I are thrilled that Chelsea and Marc are expecting their first child!"
In addition to her pregnancy, Chelsea also made headlines earlier this month when she received her doctorate from Oxford University. "Thank you for the good graduation wishes!" Clinton tweeted while her father wrote, "Couldn't be prouder of @ChelseaClinton today. Congrats on your doctorate."
