Isn't it bromantic?!
Best buds, bandmates and Dancing With the Stars champs Mark Ballas and Derek Hough have gone in on a four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom bachelor pad together in Studio City, Calif., a source confirmed Friday to E! News.
Redfin listed the selling price as $1.275 million—a right bargain when split down the middle, don't you think? Real estate agent Andrew Dinsky of PLG Estates Beverly Hills brokered the deal for the duo.
Per the specs, the 3,235-square-foot, mountain-view home sits on about a third of an acre (sounds like plenty of space to choreograph routines and jam) and has maids quarters with a separate entrance and laundry area.
Two large living spaces share a dual-sided fireplace and a large open kitchen has granite countertops and plenty of natural light coming in via skylight.
The master suite (they're probably going to need to build another one of those, too) has a big bathroom with a walk-in closet, a separate spa and shower and French doors leading out to the backyard.
Outside, there's an expansive lawn, a pergola and a wrap-around deck for entertaining and sunning.
Party at their place!
Ballas, 27, and Hough, 28, are longtime buds from the competitive ballroom-dance circuit, their friendship predating the two of them both joining Dancing With the Stars in 2007. In fact, Derek and sister Julianne Hough lived with Mark's family when they were kids, and they all grew up training in music and dance together.
Juliannae and Mark were also partners on the competition circuit, but better yet, years before Mark and Derek formed the Ballas Hough Band, all three of them were in a pop trio, 2B1G (2 Boys 1 Girl).
