Oops—she did it again.
During her show in Las Vegas on Tuesday night, Britney Spears was performing her hit song "Stronger," when suddenly her mic pack flew off, leaving the singer struggling with the cord as she continued to dance onstage. A fan's Instagram video captured the moment, which shows the "Piece of Me" performer dancing up a storm in her semi-sheer jeweled black leotard before her mic detaches from her dazzling costume.
Always the consummate professional, the pop princess didn't miss a beat, even managing to pull off a 360 spin with her mic pack hanging loose.
This isn't the first time Spears suffered a slight snafu during one of her Las Vegas shows (after all, they are live!).
In late December, the 32-year-old super star was performing her hit tune "Circus" when the back of her tight, sequined corset flew open, causing what could have been an epic wardrobe malfunction.
Luckily, one of her stealthy backup dancers saved the day by zipping her costume back up while BritBrit carried on without a hitch, although there's no doubt the snafu caused a moment of sheer panic for the pop star, who nearly flashed the jam-packed audience!
She later opened up about the embarrassing moment to The Insider backstage after the 2014 People's Choice Awards, admitting "you have to have" a show must go on kind of attitude. "The dancers were helping me with the back part of my dress. It was really kind of crazy," she confessed.
And despite the fact that Spears has been seen countless times onstage, the pop princess admits she still gets preshow jitters before each and every performance.
"I'm still going to be nervous before the next show I do," she said. "I know I will."
Fortunately, she seems fully prepared for any unexpected moment!
