Watch These Olympic Mom Ads and Then Call Your Mom to Tell Her You Love Her

Warning: If you are anywhere except right next to your mom, this video will make you miss her. Double warning: If you are anywhere in the Midwest/East Coast/Parts of the South affected by the Polar Vortex and you just came in from being out in the cold and all you want in is for your mom to rub your hands, take your boots and make you some hot cocoa, this video might make you book a one-way ticket home to see her.

It's part of Proctor & Gamble's "Thank You, Mom" campaign for the upcoming 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics and dammit, when did corporate commercials start making us cry?! We will buy anything from you!

"For teaching us that falling only makes us stronger. For giving us the encouragement to try again," P&G writes. "Thank you, Mom."

If you liked that, there are dozens more where it came from in their "Raising an Olympian" series ("Raising a Champion Is Hard. Getting Great Brands Delivered Is Easy—Save Over $70 on P&G's Top Performers").

Here are a few of our favorites:

U.S. Paralympic snowboarder Amy Purdy and her mom, Sheri:

U.S. Olympic gold medal-winning skier Ted Giety and his mom, Cyndi Sharp:

U.S. Olympic bronze medal-winning skater J.R. Celski and his mom, Sue.

Ya know, moms are just the best.

And let's get an official "Mom Cam" at the Winter Olympics this year. That's must-see TV.
