A Woman Created the Most Horrifying Dating Profile Ever to See If Guys Would Be Interested (Ugh, They Were)

OK Cupid Awful Profile OK Cupid

This is why we can't have nice things, at least when it comes to dating. Men are going after women like this.

Alli Reed, a writer for Cracked.com, created a fake profile on OkCupid simply to see if a truly appalling and terrible woman could still get men to hit on her as long as she was attractive. She blogged about the entire experience, but here are the highlights.

Alli used a picture of her friend (a model) for the profile, and gave herself the username "aaroncarterfan." That should have been red flag No. 1. Actually, here are just some of the red flags from her profile that the guys on OkCupid ignored, just because she had a hot photo:

• She says she's really good at "convincing people im pregnant lol."
• On a typical Friday night she is "knocking the cups out of homeless ppls hands"
• She's "sooooo glad they are making another Grown Ups movie" because the first one "was the s--t, lol!"
• Dislikes cats?! What a monster.

Check out her full profile below to witness the brilliant garbage that Alli created:

Awful, right? We don't have time to even begin to explain all the ways aaroncarterfan is simply and truly the worst ever. There is no way a man in his right mind would message her, right?

Wrong.

Message her, they did. And she only gets worse as you email with her. For example, she told someone who messaged her that she likes to pretend to be a 14-year-old on Facebook so she could bully her sister's friends. That should've been enough to send the poor man who contacted her running for the hills, right?

Wrong again. Not only did the guy she sent this to think it was funny, but he wanted her number so they could text more. And thus, all our faith in humanity and in true love went right out the window. You can see more of the emails she got below to get a bigger picture on how much crap men will put up with if you're hot:

Allie did this as an experiment to see if there was "a woman so awful, so toxic, so irredeemably unlikeable that no one would message her, or if they did, at least they would realize they never, ever wanted to meet her." She truly thought that this make-believe woman would be too intolerable for even the most desperate man. But aaroncarterfan got 150 messages in 24 hours.

After the disheartening conclusion of her OkCupid experiment, Allie wrote this message to men everywhere:

"You are better than this. I know many of you would never message AaronCarterFan, but many of you would, and a whole bunch of you did. You're better than that. There are women and men out there who are smart, and kind, and challenging, and honest, and a lot of other really positive adjectives. You don't want someone who will pull out your teeth and then sue you for child support; you deserve someone who will make you want to be better than you are, and will want to be better because of you."

Amen, sister.
