Miley and Kellan got their PDA on while partying at the unveiling of Beacher's Madhouse Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. Multiple sources saw the lovebirds kiss and make out during the big bash.

According to an eyewitness, "They were making out and didn't seem to care who was watching. It wasn't a secret that they were together."

And considering that this is Miley's first time stepping out with a new man since her 2013 split from fiancé Liam Hemsworth, it's fair to say she's finally moving on.
