The soon-to-be mother of two chatted with E! News at the 27th Annual WWD Footwear News Achievement Awards held in New York City on Dec. 3, where the blond beauty opened up about her second pregnancy and dished on everything from baby names, raising little Camden and the special Christmas surprise she has planned with hubby Jay Cutler.
Cavallari looked stunning at the event, flaunting her growing belly in a strapless black cocktail dress and shoes from her own Chinese Laundry line while wearing her long blond locks in soft curls and cradling her baby bump as she posed for pics.
"Shoes are mine of course, and of course I don't know who my dress is by. I'm going to blame it on pregnancy brain. Oh lord, I never look! And that's it," the Hills alum told E! News of her pregnancy chic style.
The glowing celeb—who recently confessed that she's "lucky" because both pregnancies have been "really easy"—also admitted that round two has been a bit more challenging.
"It's only harder in the sense that now I have a toddler that I'm running after as well," she confessed. "So I'm tired, but you can't just go get in bed and get your chips or whatever and veg out. Now you have to be a mom still and run after this little guy!"
Which, understandably, means that the style star doesn't have as much time for fashion.
"No, I'm telling you, thank god there's no paparazzi in Chicago," she said with a laugh when asked if she has time to worry about looking cute. "I live in leggings, Uggs and whatever fits at the moment."
And of course Cavallari couldn't help but talk baby names, graciously thanking E!'s Alicia Quarles, who suggested that the former Laguna Beach star "started a trend" by naming her son Camden.
"Oh, you think so? Thank you! I don't know, we'll see," she said in response to whether she'll be a trendsetter with baby No. 2. "We have a girl name and boy name picked out so we'll see. They're not crazy, but they're not your everyday names."
So will the happy couple be finding out the sex before their baby is born?
"Oh, yeah, we're finding out," she revealed. "We find out really soon. What we're gonna do is have my doctor write it on a piece of paper and have my doctor put it in an envelope, and then on Christmas, Jay and I are going to open it together so it's a little surprise."
