Justin Bieber has millions of Beliebers, but one of them took her fandom to a new level.

Kate O'Neill, 19, had tickets to all of Justin's Believe tour dates in Australia when she was seriously injured in a car crash on Nov. 14. As she recovered in the hospital, she was heartbroken that she wouldn't be able to see her idol. But the Melbourne Belieber Team rallied together, and thanks to social media, Justin, Scooter Braun and Team Bieber found out about Kate's story.

On Monday, Dec. 2, Justin tweeted a link to Herald Sun article about Kate's efforts to meet him, writing, "special girl. been hearing alot about her. Hmmm." But on Wednesday, Dec. 4, Kate got even more than a tweet—she got her own Justin Bieber show!

Per news.com.au, Kate was chauffeured from the hospital to a studio for an intimate acoustic gig with the Biebs and about 50 other fans. "It was like the best day of my life. I've never cried so much ever," she said.

Kate even got to be the girl Justin serenaded during "One Less Lonely Girl," which was what she described as her "impossible dream" that actually came true.

Justin, 19, Instagrammed several sweet pictures of the new pals, writing, "Me and my girl Kate :) she's so strong."
