"I've actually been doing the Atkins diet & luv it," the E! star revealed on Twitter over the weekend when a fan asked how she's been able to slim down following the birth of daughter North.
The popular low-carb diet, created by Dr. Robert Atkins, involves eating protein-rich foods and encourages folks to not concern themselves with calorie counting.
But it isn't just watching what she eats that has helped Kardashian shed those pregnancy pounds.
After all, while in Paris recently for Fashion Week, she was spotted hitting the gym.
