Start the countdown, Britney Spears is back.

The Grammy winner tweeted that her new track "Work Bitch" will premiere worldwide Monday, Sept. 16 at 6 p.m. ET on iHeartRadio or your local radio station. She then revealed, in a follow-up tweet, the song will be available at 12:01 a.m. ET on Sept. 17 on ITunes.

"Are u ready?!" the pop star asked her 31 million Twitter followers.

Oh, we are ready, Britney.

Spears added the hashtag #YouBettaWorkB to her final announcement tweet.  And there is no doubt she will work.

Brit-Brit gave fans a taste of what the upcoming music video for "Work Bitch" will look like, posting a photo of herself rocking a itty-bitty teal bikini with tousled blond tresses over the weekend.

"Gonna get my tan on in the desert in between shots on the #WorkBitch set today. It's HOT out here people!!!! #desert #heatwave," the 31-year-old singer also tweeted.

Her trainer Tony Martinez told E! News exclusively, "She's been a terror lately, working as hard as she can."

"Work Bitch" is not the only new music coming from Britney.

Miley Cyrus announced on Tuesday, Sept. 10, that she recorded a duet with Spears, titled "SMS (Bangerz)" on her upcoming Bangerz album.

"Now It's Britney AND Miley bitch! #TheyreNotReady for this @MileyCyrus... ;) #SMSbangerz", Spears tweeted following the reveal of Miley's track list.
