Specific details regarding Gia Allemand's funeral have just been released.
The late Bachelor alum's funeral will be held this week in New York., with a public visitation held Wednesday Aug. 21 at 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Papavero Funeral Home in Maspeth, N.Y.
A funeral service will follow Thursday at Trinity Grace Church of Chelsea in New York City at 11 a.m.
The 29-year-old reality star and model passed away Wednesday after she apparently hanged herself in her New Orleans home.
Allemand's boyfriend, NBA player Ryan Anderson, found her unconscious Monday night and called 911.
"Gia was the most beautiful person I knew inside and out and she always smiled and made everyone else around her smile," Anderson said in a statement. "She had such an amazing impact on my life and anyone that knew her was blessed. All I have left is to cherish those memories we made together and help perpetuate the many values, faith and love that we shared."
Allemand was taken off life support Wednesday after suffering a critical loss of brain and organ function.
A source close to Gia told E! News that it was "clear" there was some sort of "mental illness" behind her decision to take her own life.
