The E! star, who with the exception of some tweets has been remaining out of the public eye as she and her rapper beau care for their new daughter, posted a note on her official website entitled, "Thank You"; the post updates her fans on what she's been doing and explains how much they truly mean to her.
"These past couple of weeks have been filled with the most exciting experiences of my life. I'm enjoying this time to fully embrace motherhood and spend time at home with my family," wrote Kardashian. "I've been reading all of your messages and want to thank you all for your sweet thoughts and best wishes. It truly means everything to me. I am so blessed to have the support of my family and fans in this beautiful moment. Xo."

Kardashian followed up with another message, announcing she and her sisters Kourtney and Khloé, are joining forces with British fashion retailer Lipsy to launch a brand new Kardashian collection.
Among the items for sale will be some stylish blazers and sexy evening dresses along with some more high-end designer ware, such as sequined biker jackets, embellished crop tops, lace overlay jumpsuits and chic full-feature coats.
"We always want to keep things fresh and exciting for our fans across the world and I know you guys are going to love the new pieces," said Kim.
The Lipsy collection hits stores in the U.K., Ireland, Middle East and Russia in October.
Meanwhile, family insiders told E! News last week that Kimye have adjusted to their new role as parents to baby Nori and have received lots of support from family and friends.
"Mom and dad play with her all day at Kris [Jenner]'s house," said the source. "They have a constant stream of friends and family stopping in to check on her."
