After the birth of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's baby girl, Kris Jenner is revealing new details about "beautiful" North West.
On Monday's Live From E!, Jason Kennedy, Ken Baker and Melanie Bromley sat down with the E! star, who discussed life with her "healthy" 2-week-old granddaughter.
As mom and dad get used to being first-time parents at home, Jenner admits the press is hungry to capture the first photos of the baby girl.
"My house was like Apocalypse Now with all the helicopters trying to get a shot. Just another day at home," Jenner joked. "It gets a little loud when that happens."
The proud grandmother admits the family has taken plenty of family photos with the newborn. However, that doesn't mean the parents are focused on planning a big public reveal.
"I don't think they've given it serious thought," Jenner said. "Life is good. She's amazing. I can't wait for you to meet her."
Also on today's show, the panel wanted to hear Jenner's thoughts about the controversy surrounding Paula Deen. After the celebrity chef admitted to using the N-Word, companies including Wal-Mart, Sears and Target have "phased out" her products. Jenner believes the press may have gone a little too far.
"I feel really bad for Paula Deen right now," Jenner said. "She's taken a lot of heat and probably feels overwhelmed with what's going on. The media gets ahold of something and they won't let go."
No stranger to having the spotlight on her family, Jenner knows how harsh the press can get. "It gets bigger and bigger and bigger until sometimes it's silly," she said.
In the next few weeks, Jenner is making the final touches to her summer talk show, debuting July 15 on Fox. "My E! family needs to join the Fox family," Jenner said. "I'm excited!"
