Channing Tatum experienced life imitating art with his latest movie White House Down (well, kinda).
The actor, who portrays a Capitol policeman that tries to save his daughter, recently became a real-life father to a beautiful baby girl named Everly.
"Jenna Dewan-Tatum and I weren't pregnant then, but we conceived on that movie," Tatum told E! News during the film's premiere in Washington, D.C., "so it's kinda crazy that I had a daughter on the movie...and now we just had our own little, cutest, most amazing thing ever."
So how is the new mommy doing since the baby's arrival?
"She's good, she's really good. Tired, you know…just taking care of the baby on those first months. First months are hard," the actor told us.
Something the new dad admits as being hard for him is being away from his newborn daughter while working in London.
"I'm away from her for 12-13 hours and I feel like I come home and I feel like she's changed—like her face looks different. You feel like every minute that you miss is horrible."
