This black tie look on Diane Kruger brought us right back to dancing along with our grandma's favorite cartoon dame. "Boop-Oop-a-Doop," anyone?!

Sure, Betty Boop had black hair and slightly shorter skirts, but that's where the differences end. The Host star's Nina Ricci dress has the signature sweetheart neckline and wide, corset hips that made the vintage vixen famous.

She's even wearing the deep red lipstick!

We don't care that Diane looks like she just stepped out of a black and white animation—actually, we love Betty, which is probably half the reason why we totally support this look.
