This Puddle of Mudd song sounds familiar.

Frontman Wes Scantlin was arrested last night in Hollywood after police pulled him over for speeding and turned up two outstanding warrants, one stemming from a traffic violation and the other narcotics-related, law enforcement sources confirm to E! News.

Scantlin was booked at 1:23 a.m. at the LAPD's Hollywood Station and released at 4:25 a.m. after posting $11,167 bail.

The 40-year-old rocker pleaded guilty last July to felony cocaine possession and was granted 18 months' deferred judgment, during which he was ordered to undergo drug counseling. The L.A. County District Attorney's Office said the charge could be dropped from his record once he completed the program.

That wasn't the last the long arm of the law heard from Scantlin, however: The "Blurry" artist was arrested—but never charged—after allegedly causing a drunken in-flight disturbance en route from Boston to Los Angeles that resulted in an unexpected stop in Texas.

The airplane case was dropped due to insufficient evidence.
