Tony Bennett Teases New Lady Gaga Collaboration: "A Big Swing Album"

Lady Gaga may be down for the count at the moment after undergoing surgery for a hip injury, but she's got a lot to look forward to when she gets better.

Namely, her planned album of duets with Tony Bennett.

The 86-year-old crooner dropped a few hints about his highly anticipated collaboration with Gaga, which she first announced in January.

"We have it all worked out already on paper," the legendary singer said, per The Philadelphia Inquirer, revealing that the project will be "a big swing album."

Bennett also added that he was drawn to working with the singularly iconoclastic diva because "she's quite different." (But of course!)

The two had previously teamed up to record "The Lady Is a Tramp" for his 2011 album, Duets II, but the 26-year-old songstress first hinted that a full-length collaboration was in the works after the two took the stage in January to perform at an inaugural ball for President Barack Obama's campaign staffers.

"I simply cannot wait for our album together, he's my darling!" she tweeted immediately following the performance.

We're betting fans couldn't agree with her more.
