Did one of Sean Lowe's early favorites take herself out of the competition?

The Bachelor's Tierra, the first contestant to receive a rose this season, takes a serious tumble down the stairs in tonight's episode, and we've got a sneak peek at the scary scene. "Tierra took a big fall and she just looks totally out of it," one of the girls says, while Tierra is seen lying on the floor in pain.

Plus, we've got two more sneak peeks, including Sean cranking up the romance while on a date with Lesley and one of the girls being called "crazy" by the bachelor!

Minutes after Tierra's fall, Sean arrives and tries to comfort her. "She might have a concussion," a worried Sean says. "My first thought is we might need to get her to a hospital."

In a lighter clip, Sean takes Lesley on an unexpected date. "If I could pick any place, I really didn't think we'd be coming to the Guinness World Records," Lesley. The two are adorable as they goof off and do just what "a normal tourist would do," Sean explains. But Lesley is in for a twist when Sean says they are coming to try and break a Guinness world record, one that will "crank up the romance," he teases.

Finally, Kacie B. decides to confront Sean about Desiree's dislike and distrust of Amanda. Naturally, Sean seems a bit perplexed by Kacie speaking on Desiree's behalf. "Why are you saying something to me?" he asks. Uh-oh, could this put Kacie in danger of going home?

The Bachelor airs tonight at 8 p.m. on ABC.
