How fitting, right?
If you were tuning into the 2012 Presidential Debate on either ABC, CBS or CNN, you got a special treat: a fresh, new trailer from the highly anticipated Steven Spielberg film, Lincoln.
If you missed it, we've got you covered.
Once the dramatic beat hit, you couldn't take your eyes off of what became flashbacks from some of history's monumental events, but it almost goes on for so long that you start wondering when the trailer will begin. Then you realize, this clip is more than two minutes long!
The extended TV spot gave viewers a considerable amount of new footage featuring Sally Field and Tommy Lee Jones, and of course, Daniel Day-Lewis, who once again reminds us that he was the perfect choice to play Abraham Lincoln.
Lincoln hits theaters Nov. 16.
