Kirsten Dunst Wears Baggy Blue Trench to Bachelorette Premiere—Still Looks Pretty

The trench may be ill fitting and not at all flattering, but it is Jean Paul Gaultier.

Before you trash this dress for being poorly tailored and way too floppy for a wee gal like Kirsten Dunst, know this—it could be worse.

When Jean Paul Gaultier debuted this look for the label's 2013 resort collection, it was shown with a turban. Also in blue. Really.

Now, let's take a second look at Dunst, bearing in mind that the gal could have worn a matching Gaultier turban, but didn't. Suddenly the 30-year-old actress looks pretty good in that dress as she promotes her new flick, Bachelorette, in Los Angeles.

Sure, she's a bit lost, particularly in the bodice, and we're not sure what that trench coat belt is doing there. But we love the fact that the star wore a watch—Rolex, specifically—in an era where timepieces are increasingly replaced by smart phones.

Unless we're all wrong and what Kirsten really needs is a good tailor. Or maybe a turban. Let us know in comments!
