He may have played a baddie race-car driver in Speed Racer, but Matthew Fox is now in trouble for getting behind the wheel of his own car.
Law enforcement sources confirm to E! News that the Lost star was arrested for DUI on Friday in Bend, Ore.
Per police, the 45-year-old actor was stopped by an officer at 2:27 a.m. on Friday after failing to drive within his lane and failing to use the appropriate signal.
The officer then determined that Fox was intoxicated, and the actor was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and taken into custody.
This isn't the first time Fox, who lives in Bend with his wife and two kids, has had a run-in with police.
Last summer, he was briefly detained by Cleveland cops after allegedly punching a female bus driver in the groin while attempting to board a party bus. While Fox was never criminally charged for the 2011 incident, he was targeted in a lawsuit that's still pending.
Fox is set to costar with Brad Pitt in the highly anticipated zombie flick World War Z, which hits theaters next year.
