But does the erstwhile Dylan McKay get some sort of prize for seemingly being the millionth celebrity to die in a tragic accident that ends in a plunge off a cliff or a run-in with a tree?
Perry's rep immediately confirmed the death story posted by the notorious Global Associated News—killer of Brad Pitt, Taylor Lautner, Jeff Goldblum, Hilary Duff, Eddie Murphy, Adam Sandler and more—was "absolutely not true."
While Lautner, Goldblum, Pitt, Duff and, most recently, Tony Danza met their makers in New Zealand, Perry was inducted into the snowboarding-in-Switzerland club that counts Sandler, Charlie Sheen and Owen Wilson as members.
