No Joke! Kristen Wiig and Russell Brand Are PETA's Sexiest Vegetarian Celebrities

Animal-rights organization bestows the title on the comedic stars in recognition of their meat-free lifestyles

Having the ability to make others laugh can often make you sexy. But for the folks at PETA, being funny and being a vegetarian can actually make you all the more sexier.

Or, in the case of Russell Brand and Kristen Wiig, the Sexiest Vegetarian Celebrities of 2011!

That's right. Katy Perry's hubby and the Bridesmaids star "have captured the hearts of many with their comedic charm and compassionate choices," states People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals' (PETA) website as to why these hilarious humans are also considered hotties.

"You shouldn't eat animals, it's mean to them," Brand, who has been a vegetarian since he was 14, told the organization.

For Wiig, she once shared with Women's Heath that "tofu and soy" are her go-to protein choices.

Previous Sexiest Vegetarian winners include Olivia Wilde, Kellie Pickler, Tobey Maguire, Natalie Portman, Alicia Silverstone, Prince and Carrie Underwood.
