Glee's Live! In Concert tour drew some huge names last night, but one star stepped onstage as an audience surprise to perform with the cast.

No, it wasn't Kings of Leon. Or Dave Grohl, either.

So who came out to sing a hit song with the cast?

It was head Hollywood Gleek Gwyneth Paltrow, of course.

The Oscar winner turned sitcom singer appeared at the Izod Center in New Jersey, where she took the stage to belt out "Forget You" while the crowd went completely bananas, one eyewitness tells E! News.

Her surprise performance came during a speech by Naya Rivera, where she claimed that the fans had spoken and determined she was the sexiest girl in the New Directions. Paltrow suddenly appeared in high stiletto boots and burst into song.

For those who follow Paltrow on Twitter, the actress had given away the surprise while on her way to the concert.

"On my way to Glee live! Rock. On." she wrote.

Another surprise came when Sue Sylvester herself, Jane Lynch, appeared onstage in the beginning of the show in a long blue ball gown designed after her familiar tracksuit and performed for the crowd.

Yesterday's Jersey stop on the tour will be featured in the 3-D concert movie releasing later this summer.
