Ryan Kwanten doesn't just play a superhero in indie flick Griff the Invisible, he's a bit of a real-life hero as well.
The True Blood hottie came to the rescue of an injured man Friday when he found him lying bloody in a street in Hollywood, according to Just Jared.
So what went down?
"There was a bloody guy lying in the middle of the street at Hollywood and Highland and no one was doing anything," a witness told the site. "Ryan pulled up, saw the man down, jumped out of his car, and raced over to see if he could help."
Kwanten reportedly screamed for help to get the man off of the street, managed to carry him to safety with the help of a few bystanders, and stuck around until paramedics arrived.
So far, no details have been released on the status of the injured man (or why he was lying bloody in the street).
