IN TREATMENT: Lindsay Lohan was accused of battering a staffer at her Betty Ford Center treatment house, and then the staffer was fired for spilling the details of her alleged Lindsay encounter to TMZ. Now the ex-employee's dirty laundry is hanging out for all to see, Betty Ford is under investigation, and Lindsay just comes off looking like a nutter, no matter how much dad Michael insistently tries to defend her honor and mom Dina defends Betty Ford's honor. Despite the ex-Betty Ford staffer dropping charges, the Palm Desert Police Department tells us that the investigation will continue.

ALL'S FAIR: Shania Twain is ecstatically engaged to Swiss businessman Frédéric Nicolas Thiébaud, the accented ex of the woman who took up with her ex-husband, Mutt Lange.

KEEPING UP: Lamar Odom missed the family photo shoot, but no worries!...It wasn't easy, but Kim Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian Odom are back from South Africa...Kyle and Kendall Jenner talk to Teen Vogue about the torments of being a teenager (or maybe they just talked about clothes and Facebook)...Merry Christmas from "the Kardashians" on Saturday Night Live.
