It's certainly a reasonable enough question. After all, they're only two of the—OK, make that the two biggest book-turned-movie franchises out there.
So, should Edward Cullen worry about bad blood, at least when it comes to the boy wizard?
Hold onto your wand, folks, and sink your teeth into this. The rumor is...
"It's funny, the whole thing with Rob [Pattinson], because everyone keeps trying to build up this weird rivalry between Twilight and Potter and it's not really happening because Robert's in both," Daniel Radcliffe tells E! News.
In fact, Radcliffe couldn't be happier for the sparkly one's rise to superstardom.
"It's amazing to see someone you worked with ages ago then go off and do so well," he says. "It's fantastic."
Having settled that (at least, for now), we couldn't help but turn to another hot topic currently buzzing around—the kiss shared by Daniel and Emma Watson in the upcoming Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part I.
While he admits "it was fun" to snog his costar, Radcliffe probably wishes he could have thrown on an invisibility cloak to hide from her after speaking about the smooch.
"I got into a bit of trouble with Emma," he confesses. "Somebody said, 'Em was a bit of an animal in that scene' and I agreed. I said, 'Yeah, she's really going for it' because I thought it was going to be this soft, sensual kind of thing, and then I was surprised at how vigorous it was. I wasn't complaining. Emma heard this comment and was not too pleased that I called her an animal. But I would think most men would say that's a very good thing."
Watson, meanwhile, admits that swapping spit with Radcliffe was somewhat challenging.
"We obviously have a lot of history together," she says. "We grew up together, and doing the kiss, it just felt so bizarre. Luckily, Dan is very chatty and sweet and so we had a good laugh about it, but it was definitely awkward."
Mmm, perhaps she'd feel more comfortable locking lips with R.Pattz? Oh, there we go again. Trying to start trouble.
