Tameka "Tiny" Cottle was rung up today on a single count of possessing Ecstasy stemming from the couple's September arrest.
So will the BET star be joining her hubby in the slammer?
Jane Robison, spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, tells E! News that the count is a misdemeanor and Cottle is unlikely to do any jail time.
"Nobody ever goes to jail here. They usually go to rehab," said Robison, citing a California law that sends first-time offenders to drug diversion.
Prosecutors declined to charge T.I. since they didn't want to pile on. His arrest triggered a probation violation in his illegal weapons case that resulted in a federal judge in Atlanta deciding to toss the Grammy winner back behind bars for 11 months.
Cottle is due back in court for her arraignment on Monday, the same day T.I. must surrender and return to federal prison.
