Oksana Grigorieva's bodyguard won't be moonlighting as a nanny anytime soon.
A judge has issued a restraining order barring the convicted felon of going near her and Mel Gibson's daughter, Lucia, who will turn 1 on Oct. 30.
Gibson's camp had requested the order, one of several items of business discussed today during a lengthy court hearing attended by Oksana, but not her garrulous ex.
Kristian Otto Herzog, Grigorieva's bodyguard and questionable confidante, pleaded no contest last year to two felony counts of impersonating a police officer stemming from arrests in April and May 2009. He was carrying a loaded firearm both times.
He was released from jail in March after serving 255 days in jail and is currently on probation.
TMZ quoted a source saying that Herzog and Grigorieva are in a "deep relationship" and that her muscle was starting to call the shots when it came to her custody proceedings.
Per the terms of his probation, he's prohibited from carrying a gun. And now, thanks to Gibson, he'd do well to steer clear of baby bottles, too.
