The "Only Girl (In the World)" made our Ryan Seacrest the man of the hour this morning.

That's 'cause it was the E! News host who had the honor (and boy, was he not shy about letting people know it) who had the privilege of world premiering Rihanna's new single on his radio show.

So how is it?

Real good. And upbeat. And dance-worthy. And, according to Rihanna herself, "sumn special."

In other words: a return to form in the wake of her intense Rated R.

Now we'll have to see if she can outsell the rebounding Chris Brown.

But this morning was something of a twofer for Rihanna, as she not only premiered her new single, incidentally produced by Stargate, the same team behind her hits "Don't Stop the Music" and "Rude Boy," (God bless those poppy Norwegians) but also announced the title of her forthcoming fifth studio album.

Loud—an order for the masses if ever we heard one—is set for release on Nov. 16.

Rihanna should be seen and heard. So check out her Fashion Spotlight gallery!
