If anybody's the special victim here, it's Ice-T.

The Law & Order: SVU star was in a celebratory mood Tuesday after a New York judge tossed all charges related to a traffic stop last month.

"That's what I'm talking about—dismissed," he yelled to a packed court upon hearing the judge's verdict.

Minutes later, he tweeted: "I just walked outta court.. INNOCENT of ALL charges..Case dismissed! All the haters that wished against me.. Can Eat A Hot Bowl of em."

Accompanied by his model-wife, Coco, the 52-year-old rapper-actor (real name: Tracy Marrow) told reporters outside the courtroom that he "never broke the law" and was "angry" about the whole situation.

The incident went down on July 20 when New York's Finest pulled him over in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan for not wearing a seatbelt. A quick computer check revealed Ice had been driving with a suspended license after failing to reup his insurance, so officers subsequently took him into custody.

He was booked at a nearby precinct and issued a desk appearance ticket.

But the hip-hop star didn't go quietly. Shortly after his arrest, Ice-T took to Twitter to rail against the "punk bitch rookie cop" who "made the arrest of his bulls--t career." He also denied having a suspended license, insisting police made it up.

It turns out he was in the right.

Assistant District Attorney Jessica Barron told the judge at today's hearing that the Department of Motor Vehicles had suspended his license in error after believing he had ignored warnings to renew his insurance policy.

In fact, she acknowledged the emcee followed the law to a "T" when he surrendered his New York plates after moving to New Jersey a few years ago, a change which the DMV had not entered in its computer system.

"It basically turned out to be a clerical error," the New York Daily News quoted the rapper as saying. "The last two years I've been driving around and then I'm in handcuffs."

He added that he has no plans to sue his arresting officer; he was just angry at being tossed in the clink.

Now that everything's been cleared up, Ice-T can get back to what he does best—busting baddies on the small screen.
