Here's where a call to Tony Soprano would smooth everything out.

Joseph Gannascoli, who played Vito Spatafore, the Capo with a secret in HBO's famed mob drama The Sopranos, was collared on a DUI charge in Tampa early Friday.

Per the Tampa Police Department, Gannascoli was driving his 2010 Dodge down a local boulevard when cops pulled him over at 2:42 a.m. after he crossed a line marker while making a right turn and then drifted across another lane.

Smelling alcohol on the actor's breath and observing his bloodshot, watery eyes and slurred speech, officers issued a field sobriety test, which the 51-year-old promptly flunked. He also blew a .111 on a Breathalyzer, well above Florida's legal limit of .08.

Gannascoli was taken into custody and booked on suspicion of driving under the influence. He remains behind bars in lieu of $500 bond but is expected to be released around 11 a.m.

The actor is the only Sopranos castmember to play two different characters in the hit series, appearing first in season one as a pastry shop owner named Gino before going on to essay the regular role of Vito, who took over as Capo after the deaths of Richie, Gigi and Ralph. He was found to be gay in season five, leading to his eventual murder.

Gannascoli had been touring various cigar stores across the country to plug his Cugine cigar and was supposedly due to make one such appearance in Tampa.

His film credits include Mickey Blue Eyes, Goodfellas and Ed Wood. The Brooklyn native also penned a novel, A Meal to Die For: A Culinary Novel of Crime, published the 2006.
