But maybe we should cut her some slack. She reportedly just split with her boyfriend, so perhaps the poor thing's soothing the pain by indulging her sweet tooth.

There should be plenty more where that came from, considering she's working at an ice cream shop this summer.

The ice cream shop wasn't the only place she was spotted yesterday in Miami, though. She also hit the beach, along with JWoww and Angelina.
