When someone wears crazy headgear, simulates dirty deeds on national television or leaves the father of their eight children, they are undeniably interesting.

At least Barbara Walters thinks so.

The View queen has unleashed the bottom nine of her annual 10 Most Fascinating list. Of course, Lady Gaga, Adam Lambert and Kate Gosselin made the list. Since Michael Jackson couldn't be there, his kids—Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket—will represent one of the biggest stories of the year.

Entertainment mogul Tyler Perry, unretired quarterback Brett Favre and TV/radio host Glenn Beck also scored spots on the list. Ditto for South Carolina's embattled first lady, Jenny Sanford. Sarah Palin became the first person to earn consecutive slots on the television special (airing next Wednesday).

That rounds out the nine, and now we're taking wagers on who topped the list. Walters has all but said it's not Taylor Swift; Miley Cyrus made it last year and Tiger Woods is probably too recent and not ready for that sit-down just yet.
