The singer and TV host welcomed her second child with her musician husband Rob Bonfiglio, daughter Luciana Bella—a name the proud parents decided on months ago.
Luciana arrived Friday via scheduled C-section at a Los Angeles hospital, tipping the scales at 6 pounds, 5 ounces.
Wilson's manager, Mickey Shapiro, told People the new mom is "happy as a lark" and said both baby and parents are "happy, healthy and smiling."
Wilson and Bonfiglio also have a 4-year-old daughter, Lola, who—according to mom—is psyched to be a big sister.
"Oh my God, Lola is over the moon about this," Wilson told People in May. "She says, 'I love you, Lucy,' and kisses my tummy. I'm going to wrap a doll and have it at the hospital and give it to Lola from Lucy. We're ecstatic."
