Ten years after scooping up his ultra-plush pad in Hailey, Idaho, this action flick vet is ready to rake in some serious cash for his real estate...to the tune of $15 million!
So, which celebrity is letting go of this hot home?

And boy are these digs fancy.
The two-story lodge-style home, which spans over 8,400 square feet, has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and sits on a whopping 20,000 acres of lakefront property.
The Die Hard series star originally purchased the home in 2001, just one year after splitting from ex-wife Demi Moore.
And not only does the posh place have a guest house and gym, it's an outdoor lover's dream, complete with waterfalls, an outdoor fireplace, a heated pool with water slides and several ponds and streams that Willis created himself, according to the Wall Street Journal.
So, why would Willis want to unload this prime property?
Don't worry, Hailey residents. It's definitely not a grass is greener on the other side sort of deal (by no means is he "bailing on Hailey" as reports have suggested).
"He's just been extremely busy and not here as often as he likes to be," Sotheby's realtor Janine Bear told E! News.
He is, after all, expecting his fourth child, his first with wife Emma Heming, whom he wed in 2009.
And as a result, Bear said Willis is also selling his restaurant/bar "The Mint" in the low-key town, which has been closed for about a year.
"He wants someone to buy it and use it for the community," Bear said.
