Does Rod Stewart think he can leave his bills forever unpaid?

A Los Angeles law firm that represented the British rocker three times sued Stewart today for $3.3 million in fees he supposedly owes for services rendered.

Perhaps the raspy-voiced crooner is still smarting from the $2 million he was ordered to pay a Vegas hotel for canceling a show at the last minute in December 2000. (Stewart maintained he was still recovering from throat surgery at the time.)

The offices of Glaser, Weil, Fink, Jacobs, Howard & Shapiro (aka Plaintiff) repped him in that case as well as in a trademark-infringement suit and a complaint brought against him by a disgruntled concert promoter.

A rep for Stewart didn't immediately comment.
