Blac Chyna might not be worried about gaining weight during her pregnancy, but she is mindful about the fact that she's eating for two.
Rob Kardashian's fiancée revealed on Snapchat her "goal is to gain like 100 pounds this pregnancy" and then she's "going to snap back" after the baby is born. Until then, though, Chyna is allowing herself the occasional junk food indulgence and chowing down on lots of home-cooked meals—most of which appear to be chockfull of healthy nutrients for both mom and her baby-to-be.
The Lashed bar owner posted several snaps from the kitchen over the weekend. She showed fans how to "make a bomb-ass egg sandwich" (eggs scrambled with cheese, salt and pepper in between two pieces of toasted whole wheat bread) and also demonstrated how to make a homemade salsa packed with loads of veggies.
Chyna also seasoned, marinated and stuffed two cornish hens, then tossed them on the grill. After letting the meat cook for a few minutes on one side, she "had to come check on my babies" and saw they were ready to be turned. "Hey girls," she quipped playfully as she flipped the meat, "what are you guys doing?"
The hens were the main attraction, but Chyna chopped up and sautéed kale with a honey balsamic dressing she made as well. She snapped the finish product and then her clean plate, exclaiming, "This is how I feel about this...YUM!"
It certainly seems like chef Chyna knows her way around in the kitchen. Last week, she shared snaps of her meals over the course of the day. She cooked fried potations, scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast, noshed on "super healthy" sautéed salmon and veggie leftovers for lunch and then treated herself to some Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen biscuits and gravy for dinner.
The future Mrs. Kardashian has enjoyed a few meals on-the-go from Popeyes, and she's also been spotted enjoying the occasional meal from Benihana as well as In-N-Out. For the most part, though, Chyna only occasionally indulges in these delicious but not-necessarily-healthy splurge foods. She's more often than not posting snaps of her green smoothies and Kale concoctions that actually look quite tasty!
Chyna recently Snapchatted a clip of herself on the scale, telling fans she was up to 165 lbs. from her pre-pregnancy weight of 139. The health conscious mama jokingly screeched when she saw she'd put on a few pounds, but as we've already established, Chyna's taking a laid-back, moderate approach to her pregnancy diet.
We have a feeling she'll be whipping up some diet-friendly meals and snacks, too—Chyna isn't worried about her own weight, but she definitely wants to support Rob as he continues to slim down. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star posts snaps and healthy eating tips, and last month underwent a 21-day no-sugar challenge as he continues to work towards his weight loss goals.
