Amber Heard has retracted her spousal support request.
Three weeks after filing for divorce from Johnny Depp, Heard's attorney filed a declaration in order to withdraw Heard's request for temporary spousal support.
In her originally filing, Heard requested $50,000 per month in spousal support, but that request was denied by a judge after she was granted a temporary restraining order against Depp.
E! News has obtained documents in which Heard says she asked for the spousal support because she thought it was standard procedure in divorce cases.
In the documents heard also says that her spousal support request is being, "Used against me to distract and divert the public away from the very serious real issue of domestic violence."
