Calvin Harris has resurfaced after his highly publicized breakup from Taylor Swift.
The music producer, who recently suffered injuries from a car accident, was photographed leaving a Beverly Hills medical facility earlier today, and flashed a big smile for the cameras as he got back into his car. Harris, who is slated to return to the stage tonight for two shows this weekend in Las Vegas, initially stayed mum on the topic of his split, but took to Twitter yesterday to clear the air.
"The only truth here is that a relationship came to an end & what remains is a huge amount of love and respect," he wrote, which was subsequently retweeted by Swift.
E! News exclusively reported earlier today that the 26-year-old singer and 32-year-old producer, whose real name is Adam Wiles, are simply "very different people," according to a source.
"Taylor wanted more attention than Adam gave," an insider added. "Adam did care very deeply for her but the breakup was bound to happen." Contrary to a report claiming otherwise, a source told E! News "marriage or engagement was not talked about" between the twosome.
On Thursday, an insider told E! News that Harris "has been bored for a while" in the relationship "and was hoping the spark would come back, but it hasn't."
Another insider noted that the pair "were just not very compatible in different areas in their relationship" and ultimately "seemed like they were more friends than lovers."
